4. Check the preview, then fine-tune in the Style panel (press B).

## Good to know

- Needs a paid plan or the 7-day trial. Messages use your workspace's credits.
- Images must be JPEG, PNG or WebP. Animated uploads must be MP4 or MOV, up to 20 MB.
- Apply to this clip only appears only when your video has more than one clip.

### How do I share brand backgrounds with my team?

Under Background in Tella's Style panel, open Browse all and use Add workspace image or Add workspace video. Every workspace member can then apply them without uploading again.

### Can I use a moving background instead of a still one?

Yes. Tella's Animated tab has built-in looping videos and animated gradients, or you can upload your own. Ambient fills the background with a blurred copy of your screen recording, or your camera when no screen shows.

### Can Claude or ChatGPT change my Tella video's background?

Yes. An AI app connected to Tella's [MCP server](https://www.tella.com/mcp) can find your personal, workspace and built-in backgrounds and apply one to a clip. It can also upload your own image or video first.
