# Turn a long recording into short vertical clips

> Open the long video in Tella and ask the Tella Agent to make a Short, or run the built-in tella-short skill. It picks the strongest 15 to 60 seconds and shows you a plan with the hook. Once you approve, it makes a trimmed 1080×1920 copy with captions. Ask again for each clip you want, then post them from Share → Publish.
