# Show a customer going from search to a confirmed booking

> Ask Tella's Auto Capture for the journey with your site's full URL, the search, any filters or add-ons, and the final screen. Start it from the Tella Agent in the editor or an AI app connected to Tella's MCP server. The agent explores your site, then films the journey in a clean browser with an animated cursor.

## How do I make a video of a customer going from search to a confirmed booking or order on my site?

Ask Tella's [Auto Capture](https://www.tella.com/auto-capture) for the journey with your site's full URL, the search, any filters or add-ons, and the final screen. Start it from the [Tella Agent](https://www.tella.com/agent) in the editor or an AI app connected to Tella's [MCP server](https://www.tella.com/mcp). The agent explores your site, then films the journey in a clean browser with an animated cursor.

## Prompt to start from

```text
Make a video for our website at https://example.com: search for running shoes, filter to size 9 in blue, pick a pair, add gift wrapping, check out as a guest and end on the order confirmation. It's a test store, so placing orders is fine.
```

## More prompts

### Hotel booking site

```text
Sign in as "Demo traveler" on https://example.com and book a Lisbon hotel for two adults, three nights next month, free cancellation and breakfast included. Pick a balcony room, pay at the property and end in My trips.
```

### Tours and activities

```text
Show first-time visitors to https://example.com how to book a Rome food tour for two on a Saturday. Sort by rating, open the top tour, pick the 11 am slot, add a wine tasting and stop on the payment step.
```

## How to do it in Tella

1. If it ends in an account page, save a login under [Settings → Credentials](https://www.tella.tv/settings/credentials).
2. Ask for the take with the URL, search, choices and final screen.
3. Say if the order may be placed or should stop at payment.
4. Review the take and its handoff note, then apply the suggested cuts.

## Good to know

- Closed beta on paid plans: email support@tella.com for access. Each take uses your workspace's credits, the same balance the Tella Agent spends.
- It can't record localhost, IP addresses or intranet hosts, so a staging site needs a public domain.
- Takes have no narration. Record your voiceover in an audio app and add the file as a sound in the editor.
- To change one detail, ask for a revised take. It keeps the rest of the script.

## Questions people ask

### Will Auto Capture place a real order on my site?

It might. Before a step it can't undo, like confirming an order, Tella's Auto Capture stops and asks. Say to use a test account where repeats are fine, or to stop on the payment step.

### Can I ask for a checkout video from Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. Connect [Claude](https://claude.ai/directory/tella), [ChatGPT](https://chatgpt.com/plugins/plugin_asdk_app_6a7026f78434819186579d93d20ab38b?open_in_app) or another AI app to Tella's MCP server and ask it to record the journey. Then ask it to place the take in a Tella video, since takes aren't in your library until placed.

### My booking site shows a "verify you're human" page. Can Auto Capture get past it?

Tella's Auto Capture can't on its own. On your own site, add a firewall rule allowing the capture header from Settings → Credentials → Capture identification. The header won't pass an in-page CAPTCHA, so have your app skip it then.
