# Apply for Tella for Good

> Verified nonprofits, including U.S. 501(c)(3) organizations, get 50% off Tella Pro or Premium for as long as the subscription stays active.

Tella for Good gives verified nonprofits 50% off a Tella Pro or Premium subscription, for as long as the subscription stays active. Apply on the [Tella for Nonprofits page](https://www.tella.com/for-nonprofit).

## Who qualifies

Registered charitable organizations can apply, including:

* U.S. registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits
* Registered charities in Canada, the UK, and other eligible countries
* NGOs with verified charitable status

You need to own a Tella workspace and have a Tella account registered with your work email address.

## How to apply

1. [Create a Tella account](https://www.tella.com/api/signup) using your work email address.
2. Open the [Tella for Nonprofits page](https://www.tella.com/for-nonprofit).
3. Click **Apply now**.
4. Enter your full name, work email, organization name, organization website, tax ID or registration number, and information about your mission.
5. Submit the form.

You'll receive a confirmation email after submitting your application. Tella reviews applications and usually sends a decision within two to three business days.

## If your application is approved

Your approval email includes a custom promo code. Select a monthly or annual Pro or Premium plan, then enter the code at checkout to receive 50% off.

Each workspace can receive one Tella for Good promo code. If a code has already been used for your workspace, Tella won't issue another one.

## If Tella can't find your account

Create a Tella account using the same work email address from your application, then submit the form again. The discount can only be issued to a workspace you own.
