# Save a generated document to Intercom

> Connect Intercom in Settings → Connections to save a video's AI-generated document as a draft Help Center article with the video embedded.

Connect Intercom in **Settings** → **Connections** to save a video's AI-generated document as a draft Help Center article with the video embedded.

## Connect Intercom

1. Open **Settings** → **Connections** and find **Intercom**.
2. Click **Connect** and complete authorization in the new tab.
3. Return to Tella. The Intercom card shows **Connected** when the connection is ready.

To remove access, click **Disconnect** on the Intercom card.

## Save a document as a draft Intercom article

1. Open a video with a transcript and go to its **Ask** tab.
2. Generate a document using a suggested prompt or your own prompt.
3. In the **Generated document** window, click **Create…** and select **Save to Intercom**.
4. Open the article in Intercom from the new tab or the **Saved to Intercom** notification.

Tella creates a **draft**, not a published article. The video is embedded at the top, followed by the generated text. The first `#` or `##` heading in the document becomes the article title; if there is no such heading, the title is **Untitled**. Review and publish the draft in Intercom when it is ready.

## Reconnect Intercom

If you see **Your Intercom connection needs to be refreshed**, click **Reconnect Intercom** and complete authorization again. You can also manage the connection in **Settings** → **Connections**.
