# FAQ

> Frequently asked questions about Tella.

  <Accordion title="What are the system requirements?">
    Tella works in Chrome 111+, Safari 16.4+, Firefox 128+, Brave, Arc, and Edge on Mac or Windows. The Mac app requires macOS Ventura (13.0) or later. You need a minimum upload speed of 2.5–5 Mbps. Mobile devices can view videos but cannot record or edit. See [minimum usage requirements](/help/faq/usage-requirements) for details.

  <Accordion title="Are there storage or bandwidth limits?">
    No. You can record unlimited videos on any paid plan. The only limits are a 6-hour maximum per clip and a 5 GB upload limit per file. See [storage and bandwidth limits](/help/faq/do-you-have-any-storage-or-bandwidth-limits) for details.

  <Accordion title="What happens when my subscription ends?">
    You keep access to your existing videos but can't record, edit, or export until you resubscribe. See [subscription details](/help/faq/what-happens-when-my-tella-subscription-ends).

  <Accordion title="Can I record each video separately instead of as clips?">
    Yes. Switch the recorder to **quick mode** and every recording becomes its own standalone video with its own share link, instead of being combined into one video as clips. In multiple clips mode, recordings you start from the same video are added as clips and combined when you share — closing and reopening Tella doesn't separate them, the recording mode does.   <Accordion title="Can I record with multiple cameras?">
    Tella supports one camera at a time, combined with screen recording. For multi-camera setups, you can use OBS to combine feeds into a virtual camera. See [multiple cameras](/help/faq/multiple-cameras).

  <Accordion title="Can I use a virtual background?">
    Tella doesn't have a built-in virtual background. On Mac, you can use macOS' built-in video effects, or use a third-party virtual camera app. See [virtual backgrounds](/help/faq/virtual-camera-background).
