# I can't log in to Tella

Most of the time, trouble logging in to Tella happens because you signed up with a different email address than you remember.

Here are some tips to fix this:

* Check your emails for an email from [invoice+statements@tella.tv](mailto:invoice+statements@tella.tv) or an email with a subject line that starts with "Your receipt from Tella HQ Inc."

* Then go to [tella.tv/api/login](https://www.tella.tv/api/login) and sign in using that email address.
