# What happens when my Tella subscription ends?

> What you keep and what you lose when your Tella subscription ends, including access to your existing videos.

Tella is a paid product: an active subscription is required to record, edit, and export. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial; after that, you'll need a paid plan to keep using Tella.

When your subscription ends:

* **You keep access to your existing videos.** They're not deleted. You can still view and share them as before.
* **You can't record, edit, or export until you resubscribe.** Subscribe again at any time to regain full access.
