# My video has audio issues (big noises or pops)

> How to fix popping, crackling, or loud noises in a Tella video, usually by re-rendering it.

For Windows users, sometimes popping sounds occur in the **editor** (not the view page), and enabling **low-res mode** (the **Low-res** button with the lightning bolt icon in the top toolbar) will fix that.
