Tella posts your video to your personal LinkedIn profile from Share → Publish. The description becomes the post text, or the title if the description is empty.
Publish a video to LinkedIn
- Click Share and open the Publish tab.
- Under Destinations, pick LinkedIn (connect it first if it says Connect).
- Under Post details, click All destinations to show the platform tabs, then open the LinkedIn tab and write the post text in Description.
- Choose Who can see it: Anyone or Connections only.
- Click Publish to LinkedIn.

How long can a LinkedIn video be?
LinkedIn videos can be 3 seconds to 30 minutes long and up to 500 MB. A video outside that length greys out LinkedIn under Destinations; hover it to see why. File size is checked just before uploading, so a video that’s too big fails then: lower the size under Export settings or publish a shorter video.
Can I tag people in a LinkedIn post?
No. LinkedIn doesn’t let apps tag people or Pages, so an @name in the text stays plain text. Tag people by editing the post on LinkedIn after it’s published. Last modified on September 30, 2026
