What is video trimming?
Video trimming is when you shorten or splice up different recordings to make an entire video. Many screen recording tools require you to do your full recording before you can edit the video. With Tella, you can record several clips and trim them afterwards, so your final videos are just the way you want.

Video trimming in Tella lets you cut out any parts of your video that you don’t need. This feature is key for fine-tuning your video by removing mistakes, long pauses, or irrelevant sections. By trimming your video, you ensure that your content is concise, engaging, and flows well from start to finish.

From the Tella recorder, pick the screen you want to capture. You can share your entire screen, just one tab and your webcam. Record as many clips as you need. You can pause the recording at any time and pick up where you left off in another one.
Once you have all your clips recorded, use Tella’s editor to trim, rearrange, or re-record clips. You can splice up the video however you want. Additionally, change the background and the layout of how your screen and webcam are positioned in the recording.
When your recording is finished and you’re ready to share, click “Finish.” You’ll go to the page where you can decide how to share it. You can download it, share it with a link, embed it on your website, and more.
