After the free term

Your free term runs 6 months from approval and ends on its own. There is no charge and nothing renews automatically. We'll email you a week before it ends.

To keep Pro, choose Pro in Settings → Billing during the last 30 days of your term and add a card at checkout. Your 50% off discount is applied automatically, and billing starts when the free term ends. Otherwise your workspace moves to the Free plan.

Every 12 months we ask you to resubmit the form to confirm you're still eligible. You keep the discount for as long as you qualify, whether you teach or study. If it ends, Pro continues at full price until you cancel.

Who qualifies

Teachers, professors, and students at accredited institutions, with a Tella account registered to their school email address.

How to apply

Fill out the form with your name, school website, and school email address. We'll get back to you within a few days. Reapplying does not start a new free term.
