Okay so here is a roughly end to end walkthrough on how to publish a new article on the Tella Help Center. It does take a little bit of time but once you kind of know the process, you can kind of go with the flow from there. So to show you what we are going to go through I've just published the how to fix audio sync for XLR microphones and there's a typo in there, should be microphones. and if you open this up here is the help doc. We've got this cool video. that probably needs to re render but that's okay, we'll fix that. and then we've got the blog post which is great. so let's see how we can make this. first thing we need to do is we need to make this page here. This is the actual like end result, the actual help article. So we go into framer, we go to the CMS page and here is that page. So I've just published this so I'll just go through everything in here. a bunch of these fields are pretty self explanatory. For example title, the date SEO title can basically be the same, slug can be the same. But this does have a typo so we'll fix that. Then we've got a description. So this is like a short summary maybe max couple lines long of what's in the both the video and the help doc. Now the first thing is you need to pick a category and this will define which section on the help docs it goes into. So if we go back here that will determine which of these sections it goes into. So if you select tips and tricks it'll automatically get added to this list here. If you selected record it goes into this one here. you don't need to put in a type. then you need to specify the video type and that might be the issue. No upload is okay so it's been a while since I've done this but yeah there are three types of video types. no video so it's just a plain help doc embed and upload.
