Detect the visible content at a selected frame and apply the recommended crop to a clip’s screen recording. Tella adjusts existing masks and custom-layout geometry to fit the crop.
All times are milliseconds on the clip’s playback timeline — the video as watched, with cuts applied. It is the same timeline as get_transcript, thumbnails, and previews, so nothing needs converting. A start at or past the end of the clip is rejected with a 400.

Automatically crop a clip’s screen recording based on the content visible at a selected frame. The result includes the applied crop, confidence, detected aspect ratio, and the resolved source frame.
