Connect Intercom in Settings → Connections to save a video’s AI-generated document as a draft Help Center article with the video embedded.
Connect Intercom
- Open Settings → Connections and find Intercom.
- Click Connect and complete authorization in the new tab.
- Return to Tella. The Intercom card shows Connected when the connection is ready.
To remove access, click Disconnect on the Intercom card.
Save a document as a draft Intercom article
- Open a video with a transcript and go to its Ask tab.
- Generate a document using a suggested prompt or your own prompt.
- In the Generated document window, click Create… and select Save to Intercom.
- Open the article in Intercom from the new tab or the Saved to Intercom notification.
Tella creates a draft, not a published article. The video is embedded at the top, followed by the generated text. The first # or ## heading in the document becomes the article title; if there is no such heading, the title is Untitled. Review and publish the draft in Intercom when it is ready.
Reconnect Intercom
If you see Your Intercom connection needs to be refreshed, click Reconnect Intercom and complete authorization again. You can also manage the connection in Settings → Connections.
