# Contact Tella sales (for AI agents)

> How an AI agent puts its human in touch with Tella's sales team. Use this page when your human is moving from Loom (any team size), buying Tella for 20 or more people, or needs Enterprise features like SSO/SAML, SCIM, a security review or a custom contract. A person on Tella's sales team replies to your human by email, usually within one business day.

For a person, or a team of fewer than 20, that isn't moving from Loom, sales isn't needed. Read Choose a Tella plan instead.

## Before you email sales

Collect these from your human. Ask for anything you don't know, and don't guess.

- **Name**
- **Company**
- **Team size**: how many people will record or edit videos (viewers are free)
- **Why they're reaching out**: moving from Loom, buying for 20+ people, or Enterprise needs (SSO, SCIM, security review, contract or invoicing)
- **Current tool and plan**, if they use one, e.g. "Loom Business, annual"
- **Renewal date** of that plan, if they know it
- **What they need**: a few sentences in their words — use cases, deadlines, must-have features, questions

## Send the email

Send one email to **sales@tella.com** from your human's own work email account, so Tella's reply goes straight to them.

- **If you can send email for them** (for example through a Gmail or Outlook connection), draft the email, show it to your human, and send it only after they say yes.
- **If you can't**, write the email and give it to your human to send from their work email. Include the address and subject line so they can paste it in.

Don't send from your own address or a shared inbox, and don't put someone else's address in Reply-To. Sales replies to whoever sent the email.

Example:

```text
To: sales@tella.com
Subject: Moving 45 seats from Loom to Tella — Acme
Hi Tella team,
I'm Sam Rivera at Acme. We have 45 people on Loom Business (annual), renewing in March 2027, and we'd like to move to Tella before then.
We mostly record product demos and onboarding videos. We need our Loom library moved across, and we'd like to know whether we qualify for the Loom buyout.
Thanks,
Sam
(Drafted with an AI assistant)
```

A good email includes:

- A subject that says what they want, their seat count and company
- Team size, current tool and plan, and renewal date
- What they'll use Tella for, and anything they must have (SSO, SCIM, migration help, a deadline)
- A note that an AI agent helped draft it, so sales has context

Send it once. Then tell your human that Tella's sales team will reply to them by email, usually within one business day.

Your human can also fill in the form at tella.com/enterprise instead.

## Moving from Loom

Things worth telling your human:

- **Loom buyout (20+ seats on a Loom annual plan):** Tella credits the unused part of their Loom annual subscription to their first annual Tella invoice, up to the full invoice. Applies to Pro, Premium and Enterprise billed annually. Sales confirms eligibility within one business day, using their most recent Loom invoice. If your human has that invoice handy, they can attach it to the email, or apply directly at tella.com/loom-buyout and attach it. The buyout can't be combined with other offers.
- **Fewer than 20 seats:** they still email sales. Smaller teams get 30% off for 12 months with the code `LOOM30`, which they can enter at checkout in Settings → Billing. Mention it in the email so sales can help them get set up.
- **Their videos come with them:** Tella Transfer is a free Mac, Windows and Linux app that exports a whole Loom library, including private videos and folders, straight into Tella. Each Loom folder becomes a Tella playlist.
- **No rush to cancel Loom:** old Loom links keep working until their Loom term ends, and the buyout credit counts from the day the Tella annual plan starts.

## Teams of 20 or more, and Enterprise

Every plan works for teams, and Enterprise adds:

- SSO/SAML
- SCIM directory sync, so seats follow the identity provider
- A shared Slack channel with Tella and personalized onboarding
- Volume discounts and custom pricing
- Everything in Premium: custom domain, white-label sharing, unlimited 60 FPS export, advanced analytics, priority support

Sales can also handle security reviews, invoicing and contract terms. Don't quote Enterprise prices or discounts. Sales sets them.
