We take the amount on your most recent Loom annual invoice and work out the unused portion of the term from the day your Tella annual plan starts. That amount is applied as a credit to your first annual Tella invoice. Even if you are only a month into your Loom year, the remaining eleven months count.
The credit covers up to the full amount of your first annual Tella invoice. Anything beyond that is not paid out in cash or carried forward.
Pro, Premium, and Enterprise, billed annually. Monthly Tella plans are not eligible, because the buyout is a credit against an annual invoice.
Any paid Loom plan billed annually, with at least 20 seats. Monthly Loom plans do not carry a remaining balance, so there is nothing to buy out.

No. Old Loom links keep working and you can keep the workspace open until your term ends. The credit is calculated from the day your Tella annual plan starts, not from when you cancel Loom.
No. The buyout cannot be combined with LOOM30 or other promotional codes. One switching offer per workspace.
Tella Transfer, our free Mac, Windows, and Linux app, signs into your Loom account and exports your whole library, including private videos and folders, straight into Tella. Each Loom folder becomes a Tella playlist.
