Animated slides that build in as you speak
Ask the Tella Agent for animated slides with Tella Motion. Titles and bullets build in on the words you say and stay editable.
Try it in Tella
Paste a prompt into the Tella Agent in the editor, or into Claude or ChatGPT connected to Tella, then ask for changes.
As I cover my three points, show them as an animated b-roll slide with my camera in a bubble beside it. Use dark navy background and white text. Build in each bullet as I start talking about it, and dim earlier ones to 50%.
This is a 9th grade biology lesson on photosynthesis. When I name sunlight, water and carbon dioxide, build each in as a large word with a circle beside it. Keep everything clear of my face.
This is a follow-up for a prospect at Northwind Logistics. When I cover pricing, show three columns, Starter, Growth and Enterprise, sliding in from the left as I name each tier. Use green #1F8A5B as the accent.
How do I make animated slides for a recorded presentation that build in as I speak?
Record or upload your talk to Tella, then ask the Tella Agent to build slides with Tella Motion. Each title and bullet animates by character, word or line, timed to your transcript so it appears as you say it. The text stays live, so you can change wording, colors or pacing later.
How to do it
- Open your video in the Tella editor and open the Tella Agent chat.
- Describe the title, bullets and the moment each should appear.
- Say how it builds: line by line, word by word, fades or slides.
- Play it as an overlay, b-roll or its own Tella Motion clip.
Good to know
- Available to everyone: through the Tella Agent on a paid plan or the 7-day trial, or through Claude or ChatGPT on any plan.
- Timing to your speech needs a transcript. A standalone Tella Motion clip has none, so slides there run on fixed times.
- Your voice keeps playing while a slide plays as b-roll.
- You can also time bullets to seconds you name, or set keyframes and easing for finer control.
