If you share lots of videos with users, customers, or followers, Premium is the better fit. Otherwise, Pro should be enough. You can change plans at any time.
Credits pay for the Tella Agent, the AI editor that edits your video from a chat in the editor. Each message uses some credits, depending on how much work the agent does and which model it uses. Pro includes 3,000 credits per user each month and Premium 6,000, pooled across the workspace. Included credits reset monthly and don't roll over. Need more? Buy a one-time top-up, or add extra monthly credits for the whole workspace. Enterprise credits depend on your contract. Free trials don't include credits. How credits work.
Yes. Workspace owners can buy one-time top-ups from 25,000 credits for $25 up to 2,500,000 for $2,250, with up to 10% off larger amounts. Purchased credits never expire and are only used once the month's included credits run out. Extra monthly credits add the same amounts every month at the same prices.
