Write a YouTube title and description from my transcript. Keep the title under 60 characters and lead with the main problem I solve. Write three short paragraphs: what the video covers, who it's for, and what to do next. Give me three title options.
  • B2B webinar recording

A 45-minute webinar for operations managers. Write a title that names the outcome, not the format. Open the description with the two biggest takeaways, list the three Q&A questions that get the most time, and end with example.com/guide.

  • Software tutorial

I set up recurring invoices in this tutorial. Write a "How to" title and a description listing the steps in the order I show them. Use the button names I say out loud and keep it under 150 words.

Can AI write a YouTube title and description from what I say in my video?

Yes, the Tella Agent in the Tella editor reads your transcript and writes a YouTube title and description from what you say. Tell it your audience, tone and length, then ask for changes. Publish from Share → Publish, and Tella uploads the video to your channel with your chapters below the description.

How to do it

  1. Open the video in the editor. Press Shift + S to show the sidebar.
  2. Ask the Tella Agent for a title and description, and say who it's for.
  3. Click Share → Publish, pick YouTube, and edit the text under Post details.
  4. Leave Add chapters to the description on, then click Publish to YouTube.

Good to know

  • Needs a paid plan or the 7-day trial. Messages use your workspace's credits.
  • Tella cuts YouTube descriptions to 5,000 bytes and removes < and >, so Chinese or Japanese text cuts off sooner.
  • YouTube chapters need at least 3, the first at 0:00, each 10+ seconds. Otherwise the option is greyed out.
  • Each destination can use the shared title and description, or its own text on that platform's tab.
