Put a Book a demo button next to every video you send
Add a call-to-action button, like Book a demo, to one Tella video's view page and embeds. Set it in the CTA editor or from an AI app connected to Tella.
Try it in Tella
Paste a prompt into the Tella Agent in the editor, or into Claude or ChatGPT connected to Tella, then ask for changes.
Using Tella, set the call-to-action button on my video titled Q4 product overview to Book a demo, linking to https://example.com/demo. Leave the workspace default alone. Then tell me which buttons its share page will show.
In Tella, set the main button on my Harbor Line Freight walkthrough video to Book a 15-minute call, linking to https://example.com/meet/harbor-line?utm_source=tella&utm_campaign=q4-outbound. Add a second button, See the case study, linking to https://example.com/case-studies/logistics.
In Tella, give my Acme Labs recap video one clear next step: a main button, Start your pilot, linking to https://app.example.com/pilot/acme-labs. Remove its second button, then confirm what the share page shows.
How do I add a Book a demo button to the page where people watch my video?
In Tella, open the video's view page and click the CTA button to open the CTA editor. Choose Customize for this video, then enter a label such as Book a demo and the full link, like https://example.com/demo. The button appears on the view page and in embeds.
How to do it
- Open the view page and click the CTA button, or More (…) → CTA.
- Choose Customize for this video, then enter the label and full https:// link.
- Add a second button if you want, or choose Remove from this video.
- Check the buttons on the view page, then share the link.
Good to know
- Needs a paid plan or the 7-day trial. Messages use your workspace's credits.
- Each video can show up to two buttons.
- Only workspace owners can change the default buttons, in Settings → CTA button.
- Through the MCP server, removing a video's own button brings back the workspace default. To show none, hide the buttons.
