Show admins how to set up SSO without filming it

Tella Auto Capture signs in to your web app, finds the settings page and films the admin setup with an animated cursor.

Try it in Tella

Paste a prompt into the Tella Agent in the editor, or into Claude or ChatGPT connected to Tella, then ask for changes.

Start here
Use Tella Auto Capture to make a how-to for workspace admins setting up SSO in https://app.example.com. Film from the dashboard: open Settings, then Security, turn on SAML, and stop on the metadata URL screen. Don't save anything. Use the "Admin demo" credential.
  • HR platform: user provisioning

Record a walkthrough for IT admins rolling out our HR platform at https://app.example.com/settings. Show where to turn on SCIM provisioning and end on the provisioning token field. Don't generate a token. Use the "IT admin sandbox" credential.

  • Fintech: roles and approvals

Make a how-to for finance admins at https://app.example.com: open Settings, then Roles, create an "Approver" role for expenses up to 5,000 dollars, and end on the roles list. Don't invite anyone. Use the "Finance admin demo" credential.

How do I make a video showing admins how to set up SSO or another settings page in our web app?

Use Tella Auto Capture to film the setup for you. Ask the Tella Agent, or Claude or ChatGPT connected to Tella's MCP server, with the settings page URL, a saved login and the screen to stop on. It signs in off camera, puts back anything it saved while checking, and records the path with an animated cursor.

How to do it

  1. Save an admin login for a demo workspace in Settings → Credentials.
  2. Give the full URL, the credential's name and the screen to end on.
  3. Say whether to film the path there and what must not change.
  4. Read the handoff note, then trim the take and add zooms.

Good to know

  • Closed beta on paid plans: email support@tella.com for access. Each take uses your workspace's credits, the same balance the Tella Agent spends.
  • Auto Capture can't sign in with a security key or passkey. Use an authenticator code saved in 1Password.
  • Shared admin logins can't receive sign-in codes by email or text. Use a 1Password one-time password.
  • Takes have no narration. Record a voiceover in any audio app and add the file as a sound in the Tella editor.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Tella's MCP server and ask it to use Tella Auto Capture with the page URL and a saved login's name. It can then put the take in a new Tella video.

It can. Tella Auto Capture uses the signed-in account, and anything that account can see may appear in the video. It asks before changes it can't undo. Use a demo workspace and say "don't save anything."

Ask Tella Auto Capture for a new take, or for a revision that says what to change. A revision keeps the rest, and the earlier take stays as it was.
