What is an async standup?

An asynchronous standup is a meeting where participants record and share their updates as a recording. Rather than a live meeting, team members can watch each other's updates and respond on their own time. Async standups are common for globally distributed teams who may be in different time zones. It’s a great way to make meetings more efficient and give space for participants to provide thoughtful answers.
