Pop out of your camera frame for a 3D presenter look
Ask the Tella Agent to turn on Pop-out. Tella cuts you out of your camera and puts a shaped frame behind your head, so you rise out of it.
Try it in Tella
Paste a prompt into the Tella Agent in the editor, or into Claude or ChatGPT connected to Tella, then ask for changes.
Put my camera in a circle Camera Bubble and turn on Pop-out so my head rises out of the frame. Use a medium pop-out amount and a thin white outline. Keep the rest of the layout the same.
This is a follow-up demo for a prospect. Keep my screen full size with my camera as a circle bubble in the bottom right. Turn on Pop-out with a 2% outline in brand blue #2F6BFF.
For my spreadsheet course, use a side-by-side layout with my camera on the right. Turn on Pop-out with a small amount and no outline. Fill the frame behind me with light gray #E5E7EB.
How do I make myself pop out of my camera bubble for a 3D effect?
In Tella, turn on Pop-out yourself or ask the Tella Agent to do it. Tella cuts you out of your camera and puts a smaller shaped frame behind you, so your head rises out of the bubble. It works with layouts that frame your camera, such as Camera Bubble.
How to do it
- Open your video in the Tella editor and click Layout.
- Choose a layout that frames your camera, such as Camera Bubble.
- Turn on Pop-out, or ask the Tella Agent to turn it on.
- In Customize layout, set the Pop-out amount, outline and frame shape.
Good to know
- Needs a paid plan or the 7-day trial. Messages use your workspace's credits.
- Pop-out is unavailable for screen-only and full-frame camera layouts.
- Choosing a Cut-out layout turns Pop-out off.
- Pop-out applies to the current layout or layout section, not to every clip.
