Film a whole user journey, start to confirmation
Describe a journey through your web app. Auto Capture films every page to the confirmation, including checkouts, bookings, forms and drag-and-drop.
Try it in Tella
Paste a prompt into the Tella Agent in the editor, or into Claude or ChatGPT connected to Tella, then ask for changes.
Make a video of a customer going from https://example.com to a confirmed order: search for a product, filter results, pick one, add an extra to the basket, check out, and end on the confirmation. Film the whole journey on camera, page to page.
Show a new user's first five minutes in https://app.example.com: sign up with demo@example.com, work through the onboarding checklist, create a first project from a template, and end on the project dashboard.
Open the Launch board at https://app.example.com/boards, drag three cards from To do to In progress, assign one to a teammate, and end zoomed out on the whole board.
How do I make a checkout, booking or onboarding flow video without recording it myself?
Ask Tella's Auto Capture for the journey: who the video is for, where it starts, what happens and where it ends. The agent explores the flow in its own browser, picks realistic details from the app, then films it with an animated cursor. Add "film the whole journey on camera, page to page" so it doesn't skip to the end.
How to do it
- Pick one journey and its starting URL. Save a login first if needed.
- Ask the Tella Agent or a connected AI app for the take.
- Say what the account may change, such as "it's a sandbox".
- Review the take, then ask for a revision that builds on its script.
Good to know
- Closed beta on paid plans: email support@tella.com for access. Each take uses your workspace's credits, the same balance the Tella Agent spends.
- One take films one task, across as many pages as it needs. For a longer video, add several takes.
- Steps you name are followed. Anything you leave open, the agent decides from what's in the app.
- Each take comes with chapters and suggested cuts for loading waits and long pauses.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Tella's Auto Capture example prompts include dragging tables onto a floor plan and shifts onto a weekly rota, each filmed from one prompt.
Tella's Auto Capture uses the account for real. Before a change it can't undo, like sending an email or confirming an order, it stops and asks. Reply with something like "stop on the confirmation, don't send".
Tella's Auto Capture records any http or https page on a public domain, including signed-in pages with a saved login. It can't record localhost, IP addresses, intranet hosts, desktop or mobile apps, or sites with bot checks.
