Show the page you're talking about as b-roll
Ask the Tella Agent to film a web page. Auto Capture records it with an animated cursor and places it as b-roll where you mention it.
Try it in Tella
Paste a prompt into the Tella Agent in the editor, or into Claude or ChatGPT connected to Tella, then ask for changes.
I talk about our new dashboard at 1:20. Film https://app.example.com/dashboard scrolling down to the usage chart, and use it as b-roll over that part, about 15 seconds long.
Record a 30-second tour of https://example.com/pricing for first-time visitors and end on the yearly toggle. Use it as b-roll while I explain the plans.
When I mention the three tools I compare, record each one's home page scrolling to its main feature, and show them as b-roll in the order I talk about them.
How do I add a screen recording of a website to my video without recording it myself?
In Tella, ask the Tella Agent to film the page with Auto Capture and say where it goes. Auto Capture records the page in its own browser with an animated cursor. When the take is ready, the agent places it as b-roll over that moment or as its own clip, and your voice keeps playing over it.
How to do it
- Open your video in the Tella editor and open the Tella Agent.
- Give the page's full URL and the moment it belongs to.
- Keep editing while the take runs, usually a few minutes.
- Check the placement, then trim, zoom or restyle the cursor.
Good to know
- Closed beta on paid plans: email support@tella.com for access. Each take uses your workspace's credits, the same balance the Tella Agent spends.
- Captures run on Tella's servers, so they see the page the way a new visitor does.
- The agent tells you what it will record and why before it starts.
