What is an online course video?

Online course videos are the lessons in your course. This is typically how you present the content of your course to students. Each lesson in your course can have its own video. A recording of your camera and a presentation is typically used to create an online course video.

How to make a online course video

Record

From the Tella recorder turn on your camera and then share your screen. Select the screen that has the slides you want to present. When you’re ready, press “Start recording”. Record different clips for the different topics in your lesson.

Customise

Once you’ve recorded all your clips you can customise them. You can also add more clips if you need to. Trim your clips so that they start and end where you want. To make your online course video look professional add custom a background and pick an engaging video layout.

Share or Download

When you’re done, press “Finish”. Download your online course video and then publish it to the course platform of your choice. Repeat this process for each lesson in your course.
