Multi layouts are like changing scenes in a movie. A video using multi-layouts might start with just showing what's on your screen, then switch to showing both your screen + camera, later show only the camera, etc. The dimensions of the screen or camera can also vary e.g. a large screen frame + a small camera frame.
Multi layouts help videos stay interesting by mixing things up, making important parts stand out, and making it easier for viewers to understand what's being shown. Video professionals and YouTubers often use multi-layouts to add dynamism to a video and keep their viewers engaged.
After you've recorded your video in Tella, click on 'Edit', then 'Layouts'. You can then change your default layout for the video. With multi-layouts, you can change the layout at specific moments of your video. Just click on the specific moment in the timeline, click on 'Add layout', then select a new layout to apply from that moment on. That's how you can have multiple layouts in one video.
